Hi Charles ,
S.U.'s right ? Are the needles correctly centered in the jets ? Do the
pistons fall freely ? Are the throttle plates (butterflies) closing all the
way, with out binding ? Is the choke mechanism operating with out binding ?
Just some thoughts...
