The new January issue of Road and Track named the
Bugeye one of the 100 best cars of the century (but we
all knew that). Nice photo of Rob Garofalo's car
accompanies the small blurb.
On a sad note, the icon of LBC suffering, Peter Egan,
bought a 1991 Miata. He even drove it to the
September Elkhart Vintage races that Peter C., Dave
Woerpel, Gary, Flounder, and yours truly waxed so
poetic over in this space. WE drove our LBC's (Frank
drove PIECES 2000 miles to get there, for Pete's
sake)And Egan has an E-Type he could have driven
instead. Blecchh.
