Toby, here is my answer to the shroud problem ( went through this with the 68 ). Take the three bolts that hold the column up tight against the top of the foot well out. Have your mechanics helper push down on the wheel enough that you can get to the side screws on the plastic shroud and then remove both halves. It's still tough, but the slight mobility of the wheel does help some .......... First, make sure that replacing the switch is what really needs to be done. <G> Brad R.
