Try drilling it out with a left handed drill at a very slow RPM. Sometimes
the drill will stick and unscrew it out... it worked for me!

Subject: Removing broken grease nipple
One of the grease nipples on the front suspension of our Sprite has been
sheared off (not by me, I'm not guilty this time!). Before I attack this
with various "tools" that I have laying around, I was hoping for some "been
there, done that" advice. This is the lower nipple in the stub axle. The
car is a Bugeye so the access to the front suspension is pretty good. Any
suggestions?
Thanks,
Rich Hill
