MY Texas Hot Sauce: One Can of Rotel Tomatoes 10-12 oz.can Now in a food processer chop 1/2 clove garlic 1/3 small onion 1 jalapeno pepper 1 cayenne pepper 1 habenaro pepper Mulch all this up and mix into the Rotel Tomatoes, add Cilantro to taste. You can salt but to much will drop the heat factor. Let this sit overnight for best flavor. DON'T DRINK WATER!! It only makes it worse!! Eat buttered bread or something salty like tortilla chips.
