Belt sizes -- 74 Midget

What is the proper length of belts to be used for the alternator and air
pump on a 1974 Midget with a 1275?  The ones installed are adjusted all
the way out and mighty loose, but don't appear to be stretched (I haven't
measured them to see if they match up with the size printed on them).
