Once again, I would like to thank all of you who have had some input into
this stressful time.

All of your insights have given me a great deal to think about.  

I realized this wasn't an LBC related inquiry,  but I needed an insight into
the English law system,  and this was the only way I could think of to reach
fellow friends from across the pond.  As usual,  the response has been
tremendous.

Whatever action we decide to take,  it will be well thought out.  I have no
intention of harming him (feelings aside), but I do hope to prevent this
from happening again.

BTW:  For those who asked,  he was an american we both worked with last year
who decided to attend school in London.  And he was a trusted friend.  No
longer....
