if you knew what you are eating......you wouldn't eat it if you have a weak
constitution.  scrapple is made of evrything that does not constitute as a
literal cut of pork.  it is right up there with pigs stomach,corn
pie,chow-chow,dried corn, and apple and corn fritters.  true pennsylvania
dutch delicacys.

well so much for my diet again!  time for an 8am kitchen excursion!!!!
