Brad,

Have not done it myself but have seen it done.  The major parts you need
are:

1)   Wiring harness,
2)   Steering rack ( I think a US Spec Morris Minor rack is the same as the
UK spec Bugeye rack),
3)   Dash
4)   Steering wheel hub thingy (techie tewm)
5)   New hydraulic lines
6)   Odds and ends
