There will be no cut-off date. If you decide you can make it at 6 pm On
Saturday, drive up, your always welcome and we'll have plenty.. (besides, I
love left overs.)
Don't worry about bringing anything, it's Too much of a hassle when driving
all day.
As far as Sunday goes. It really depends on where most people are staying
or driving from. Placerville seems the better choice at this time. Mels
Diner is right on the corner of 49 and 50. But if the majority are going to
be in Pollock Pines, well then...

I think you should set a date for people to let you know if they are coming
to the Bar-B-Que on Sat night. As far as I know for sure it is me, Bob, &
Annice, Rick & Carolyn ( and maybe some friends? ), Peggy & Dave (last I
heard they would be in IL to pick up their new car)?
On Sun.just pick a place I don't think that many people will be
coming as most of their cars can't make it up the hill ( yes that is a
challenge to all the flat-landers). As far as I am concerned all we need is
a place and time we are leaving ( you are either on the bus or off the bus
). I would like to be on the road at 10:30 at the latest on Sun. The only
people that have told me "officially" they are coming on Sun. are Bob &
Annice, Fred and his daughter, and me.
