How big a deal izzit to replace the voltage regulator in a rebuilt Lucas alternator? After replacing a 3-year old battery that went dry once or twice (over charging), I did a voltage test at a high idle: about 16 volts. I would guess that might do it. In any case, I guess I have 3 choices: A. another rebuilt Lucas 2. replace the regulator c. look for the Mitsubishi conversion Opinions? chuck  |
