Engine Color

Since were talking engine color here, what color is mine supposed to be
under all that oil?
It's a very early '61 Sprite.  Everything, except the bonnet, appears to
like the bugeyes not the square bodies.  I'm going to drop in another 948
here in a few weeks and I really don't think it's supposed ford blue like it
is.  The current motor appears to mixture of dark green/light green and
orange.
