turn clockwise? Do 1500 dizzys turn clockwise?

It was made in March of 67. (367) Fits Mini Cooper S 67-69(?)
Clockwise rotation. ECM curve 749 range 14*-16* no vacuum
for comparison a 67 Midget 41198 ECM curve 887 Range 10*-12* (degrees)
with vacuum suction 5-8-3
I wish i knew what it all means, but there you have it.
