Importing car from Canada article

Several people responded to my offer to fax the small
article in Sports Car Market magazine about importing
a car from canada.  Well, i was going to fax this
A.M., but looked at the article again.  It is not what
I remembered it to be. It's a description of what a
guy needs to do to drive from the US to Canada and
back in a non-EPA compliant 1973 car.  It's not what I
thought it was... sorry.
