Frank,
You said its somewhere in the right front, could the whistle be
coming from those "expensive" center hubs you installed on your
new wheels? One of those chain link fence post tops could be
causing it. Try polishing up that casting a little more or
remount it with some silicone...oops, forgot "we tight" Try some
bees wax........
