A wobble extension has a tapered semi ball shaped end on it where the socket 
attaches, this allows the socket to angle about 15-20 degrees for those times 
when you cannot get a straight shot at a bolt or nut. Similar idea as a 
knuckle or universal joint adapter but much more compact for those tight 
spaces.
