Mike Joy ( of Nascar announcing fame) used to race a GP Sprite with the lower
half painted as the Union Jack. Good looking car, I had a picture but can't
seem to find it now.
BTW, the folks in the UK have a bank holiday on Monday so they have a long
weekend too. Have a great Memorial Day. Just had a thought, if not for our
veterans, we might not be driving (in my case restoring still) our LBC's.
Had to wave the flag for a moment.
