I know I'll get blasted for this, but there are two sides to this.  You might 
be surprised at who's out there.  There are quite a few professional parts 
and services people on the list who have refrained from turning it into a 
giant commercial, and offer a lot of advice without "and I have it on special 
this week for $19.95" at the end.
