The $30k Lotus Elise is not sold here unfortunately, but they are now
selling a race-only version over here. $50k - ouch. And not
street legal. But if you really wanted it, you could somehow register it
or import a street version and "somehow" register it.
That is the only '99 car that interests me.
I met a guy at a car show with an Elise and asked him how he had
registered it and he replied "uhmm, dunno, I bought it like that" - yeah
right.
