Exactly.
The responsible thing to do BEFORE forwarding these messages is to check a
site such as Ron suggests - if only to not give the
author the satisfaction of you doing exactly what he wants you to do.
If it was truly your net admin who forwarded this to you, make him aware
of the web site Ron suggested, then fire him...
