Both as you would expect!

Haynes says 0" to 1/8" toe in.  If you're running radials then I think
that the front end shop is going to want to go pretty close to zero. 
That just about the standard for radials.  1/2" would have you in a real
guessing game as to which way the car will want to go as you try straight
ahead!!
