I'm waiting for a few more pictures to come in. Since I posted about the
screen saver on the weekend, a few people wrote on Monday to ask if it were
too late. I haven't forgotten you folks who access e-mail from work. Send
'em on!
Since my last letter asking what could be removed from the screen saver, I've
gotten enough additions that the download file is now up to 3MB. I'm
thinking about making three screen savers: two smaller downloads and one
"mother of all screen savers" download for those with fast modems and lots of
patience.
After the music votes were tallied, I put in Born to be Wild, She's Got a
Ticket to Ride, the theme from The Avengers, and the James Bond Theme. For
those with more eclectic tastes, I apologize. I had to go with a popularity
vote for music.
I'm planning to put the screen saver(s) on the Internet around the end of the
week. I just don't want to leave anyone in the cold, so I'm waiting for a
few more pictures.
