New article on PDLJMPR.

I have just updated the PDLJMPR site with a new article from Jeff Boatright.
The title is A Spritely Day at the Track". It a very good article, please go
check it out.

I would also like to invite anyone else interested in submitting material
for the next issue. I have one small submission and another two in progress,
but there is always room for more. I am alway looking for just a picture or
two and a brief paragraph for Sprites of the WWW section.
