You can form Plexiglass after heating it in an oven. I think about 200 degrees should do it. It comes out about the consistancy of a rubberband. Maybe you could drape it over the one you have now, then cut it to fit after it cools. I am restoring a fiberglass hardtop also, so I will be watching this thread carefully.
