For a street car, don't forget that the sway bar mounts are the lowest
point in the front and frequently bottom out especially on lowered cars.
I still haven't fixed mine, but was thinking that welding a piece of 1/4"
steel *between* the vertical pieces of the frame rail so that the sway bar
itself almost touches the metal when installed might be worthwhile.
This requires ripping off the thin sheet metal first.
