Hi Peter,

Sounds like you have checked everything.  Is the car getting enough
gas/petrol?  Points gap ok (an Ignitor?),  Does the throttle fully depress?
Has the throttle cable pulled through?

If you don't found out the problem take it to the dyno tune anyway - that's
what a dyno tune is for (to find out problems).
