Rads/fans/shrouds

Ok...this is getting more and more fun by the second!  I got my radiator
rodded, flushed, and painted today.  They said it was in bad shape and
had to do some internal repairs.  Good thing I took it.  $54 isn't much
to pay for that kind of insurance!  Also, apparently radiator shops (not
surprisingly) aren't very busy this time of year.  I got really fast
service and it wasn't nearly as expensive as it could have been...

All this talk about fans and shrouds...ok.  Now...how would I go about
making a shroud?
