Set the bottle jack on the tire, place the whole thing under the front of a heavy vehicle (full size van, pick up, American boat, etc) start jacking up the heavy vehicle and the seal will pop on the tire. Once you break the seal, use a dull pointed pry or crow bar to lever off the tire.
