leaning front wheel

The right front wheel is leaning inwards at the top,
quite seriously so.

The car has disc brakes and a front suspension system
almost the same as a Frogeye, ok, it's an A40, please don't shoot me!

Everything is there, coil spring, lever shock, etc.
What could be wrong?

By the way, does anyone know if the coil springs from a Sprite
will work acceptably on an A40 Mk1? Assuming road application,
from which version Sprite should I get springs?
