Gee, Frank, I appreciate the offer, but I think I'm just going to go
with the run-of-the-mill, ordinary, every-day, two-car garage - this
time. I hope to move (hopefully to someplace with more land) within a
year and then we'll talk about that 4-car, double-decker, air
conditioned, w/spray-booth, state-of-the-art, LBC WORKSHOP.
Meanwhile, I'll just have to make do.
