Greetings to all,
The Thompson type sealants are for homeowners and work maginally well, and
require periodic resealing. Although I'm a wood roof guy and not a masonry
foundation guy, my suggestion is to check out a local commercial
showroom/restorat. shop(s) and ask what they used. An industrial concrete
paint used in conjunction with the readily available floor covers i think
called (car diapers-yea I know, stupid name) also help. Those I've seen in
Groits Garage catalog, but are expensive. I use cardboard, which has worked
well. Good luck.
