Rather than using a reamer, have the bushings honed at your local auto
machine shop.  If you don't have a press to put in the new bushings, just
take the swivel axles, swivel pins and bushings in and have them do the
whole bit of fitting the bushings.  Usually only a few dollars and it's
beautiful when completed.
