Adrian -
A way to avoid greasing up your rotors - Saran Wrap. (Seriously!)
Filch the Saran Wrap from your wife's kitchen drawer, and wrap a length
around the perimeter of the rotor. Pull it tight so it starts to pucker in
toward the rotor. The stuff clings to itself, so you can fold it down flat
against the disc, and trim it off from around the hub. Now install your
bearings and fit the rotor. Peel off the plastic (after you clean the
grease off your hands, but before you install the caliper).
Weird, but it works.

Ziploc bags, and other things his loving wife insisted that he stop
filching from the kitchen.)
