Will check this evening--picking it up after some winterizing done:
the usual, plus my new ace mechanic found a wiper motor.
Will send on data to those interested.
He also says he found the source of my oil leak. Hah! We'll just
see about that.

Subject: Ride Height ?

Hey Guyz,
Long sad story: Couple years ago I did some severe damage
to my '72 Midget's undercarriage and had to install some
"used" parts -- rear end, leaf springs, like that. So, in
my own obsessive-compulsive way, I have been worrying about
the rear end looking too high. So I broadcast an appeal to see
what other '72s ride at. Got one response. Fred sez his rides
at about 11 1/5 at the bottom of the overrider. Mine rides at
close to 16" at the bottom of the overrider, 18" to the center
of the rear bumper. Whoa! Wonder what I installed for springs?
Sure doesn't look THAT MUCH too high.
So here goes again: For chrome-bumper folks, how high is
the center of your back bumber?
thanks,
chuck
