        The bracket holding the adjustment end for the cable attached to the
axle housing was bent/stove in and when I straightened it out my brakes
were applied with the lever only halfway up.
        I had to straighten it out and weld it as the brakes were enough to
bend the bracket.  There is a picture of how it should look at:
