Thanks to everyone for the help. I was able to get the bolt out after a trip to the hardware store to buy a longer lenght of pipe to slide over the breaker bar. After I got the engine apart I found that one of the pistons had a broken ring which did some damage to the cylinder wall. I put up some photos at: http://www.woozy.com/midget/engine_removal.html incase anyone was interested. Well off for a Friday night dinner and a movie with the little lady.
