79 to 82 210 is the right tranny, but the 79 has a different shift
pattern. Reverse and first are in the same line, second and third in the
same line and fourth and fifth in same line. Fifth is in the same
relative position as the rib case reverse. 80 to 82 have the same gear
positions as the rib case with the added fifth gear up and away from the
driver. (LHD)
Either type will fit the same.
