"Austin" Spanners

The other thing I found (other than the Fire Extinguisher) on my search of
junk shops were 3 open ended spanners (are they wrenches in the US?) with
AUSTIN written (cast) on them.

They looked pretty old.  By the time Sprites were released, were they still
writting AUSTIN on them?
