revelation, Lug nuts

Well in my search for lug nuts I checked Moss, $1.75 each + George M.
discount.  Vb has some (steel wheel) at $1.95 each or $14.95 a set (16). 
Or (rostyle) $4.35 each or $59.95 a set (16)!  

I have a 72 midget that originally had rostyles, someone put American Mags
on it with mag lugs.  I just recieved sprite vented steel wheels from
"Midget Susan".

My question is, can I just use the cheaper ones?
If so, can I still use my Rostyle spare?
