Jacobs Ignition Computer???

Has anyone on the list had any experience with aftermarket ignition computers?
I have read a lot of articles that put a very favorable light on the Jacobs
brand. I have done some modifications to my 72 and am having a hard time with
the emissions at idle. They "claim" that if I install their product it will
solve this problem. I already have a Crane electronic ignition instead of
points and am very pleased with it. The Jacobs give Multiple sparks at low
RPMs so maybe it would help.
