I too have had problems with overflowing carbs. I tried adjusting them and also replaced with Grose Jets. Nothing helped. I finally linked the problem to a vibration caused by a front-end problem. Some time ago someone mentioned replacing the rubber grommets that hold the float bowl to the carb. I never did this, but if your overflow is vibration related it might very well help. Shawn |
