Wanted??? shop manual

Hi group,
It was recommended that I get a Bentley (sp?) manual for the rebuild of
my '68 midget. Unfortunately they are no longer available through the
catalogs I get. Therefore I have some questions:

1) Is it the best for doing a full ground up restoration? 
If so:
2) Is it available somewhere, or does someone have an extra copy they
would be willing to sell?

I'm willing to pay a bit over the old asking price of $40 for a good
copy. Any help is appreciated.
