Grose Jets

OK, 

I'm thumbing through the Moss catalog and "Grose Jets" jumps out at me.  Can
someone give me the lowdown on these?  Do they replace the float assembly,
or are they a replacement for the usual needle and seat?  Are they useful?
I may not need them now, but I hate it when I see something I can't figure
out from the description or a Web search.
