I was once again, this week, reminded why I have the tag line I have.
On the new Midget, the horn didn't work. So, I e-mailed the PO and
asked if he had had a problem before. Well, he said he didn't hook up
the horn (problem #1) when he installed the new steering wheel, checked
his wiring diagrams, and told me which wire to look for to hook up.
Well, I hooked it up, and guess what? Still no horn. So, I pulled off
the grille, checked power to the horns - OK. Checked grounds - OK.
Hmm....is it possible BOTH horns are shot (problem #2)? YEP! Broke
down and bought two new horns and (HOORAY!) the horns now work.
Remember that tag line, gang:

Don't assume that because you have found one problem, you have found the
ONLY problem.
