Teens and driving (from the horses mouth!)

All this talk about getting a teen into an LBC! Jeez!  I'm almost 16 so I
don't have my license yet.  I really hope that I got the car rolling thing
out of my system when I rolled my go-kart at  45mph!! (BTW, NO CAGE!! it
was pretty bent up after that flip!)
