Daryl, Try pressurizing the system with an ezbleed pushing at the master cylinder, or pulling a vacuum at the bleeder valves. Pumping won't cut it after a rebuild. see: http://www.mgcars.org.uk/cambs.mgoc/tips.htm for tips on how to make your own ezbleed. Took me about 15 minutes to build after I collected the parts and another 15 to bleed all 4 brakes and the clutch slave cylinder. This was after an entire weekend of bleeding every way I knew, including pulling a vacuum and bench bleeding individual cylinders.
