Hi Y'all, Now that the engine is broken in and the gear box is running well, I have been playing around at higher speeds. I can run close to the red line going up thru the gears, but once in 4th or 5th, I can't seem to get much above 4000 rpm. Now I admit, I'm using a stock 1275 with 2 SUs, but it seems like I ought to be able to get the revs up more. Seems to just run out of rpms. Without going to a new cam or a Weber, what might I do to get more revs? New fuel pump? chuck |
