I don't have a decoder book or whatever, the interpretations come from years of 
trial and error and trying to figure out what means what. Not a very scientific 
system, I'm afraid!
That is why I was asking if anyone had purchased this guide form Clarke Spares 
and Restorations. If no one has, I will order one today and inform the list of 
the results.
