little black box?

A lot of thanks to all the people who responded to
my first question about my new HAN8 Sprite.

Now, there is a little black box, bolted on the right
inner wing, with two vertical coils and two fuses in it. 
It is near the Bosch HT coil and is made in Japan.

What does this little box do? Anything I should do about it?

(My car has been converted to -ve)
