[Spits] Renew Rear bearings

I wanted to renew my rear wheel bearings.

Does anyone know of someone in San Francisco bay area that has the correct
hub puller and would be willing to liberate my hubs from their shafts?  And
then help assess whether the shafts are too worn to re-use?
